Conditional Guarantee terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Jones & Co Cashback Referral Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Referrers must have a genuine, pre-existing personal or professional relationship with the individual
they are referring (for example, a family member, friend, colleague, or professional contact).
Referrals made solely for the purpose of receiving cashback will not be eligible.

There is no limit to the number of individuals you may refer.
Each referral must be a new enquiry to Jones & Co and must not already be known to, or in contact with, the firm.
Referrals must be made with the knowledge and consent of the referred individual.

Cashback payments range between £50 and £300 per successful referral.
- The exact cashback amount will be determined by Jones & Co, taking into account:
- The nature and scope of the advice provided; and the number of successful referrals previously completed by the referrer.
Cashback amounts are not negotiable and are set at the firm’s discretion.

Cashback is only payable once business has completed, meaning regulated financial advice has been delivered and all agreed fees have been paid in full.
No cashback is payable for referrals that do not proceed to completed business.
Cashback will not influence, and must not be perceived to influence, the advice provided to the referred individual.

All advice provided by Jones & Co is given solely in the best interests of the client.
The existence of this referral scheme has no bearing on whether an individual proceeds with advice, the type of advice given, or the outcome achieved.
Referrals must never create pressure or obligation for the referred individual to proceed.
Jones & Co will not increase its standard advice fees to fund referral payments. Any cashback paid will be deducted from the original advice fee.

Cashback will be paid by bank transfer within a reasonable period following completion of business.
Jones & Co reserves the right to request bank details and/or identification before making payment.

Jones & Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the cashback referral scheme at any time.
Cashback payments may have personal tax implications. Referrers are responsible for their own tax affairs.
Any suspected abuse or manipulation of the scheme will result in disqualification.
