Founder & Lifestyle Financial Planner

I founded Jones & Co in 2009 after leaving the corporate financial services world with a simple belief: financial planning should be about people, not products.

Over the years, I’ve seen too many people spend decades building wealth without ever stopping to ask what that wealth is actually for. That’s why I transformed Jones & Co from a traditional financial advice firm into a Lifestyle Financial Planning business. Today, we help successful individuals and business owners not only build and protect their wealth, but use it to create the life they truly want. I often refer to this as achieving a better “Return on Life” — helping clients gain the freedom, confidence and opportunities that money can provide.I’m incredibly proud of the award-winning firm we’ve built, our industry reputation, and our 98% client retention rate. Most importantly, I’m proud of our team, who share the same commitment to putting people first and always doing what’s right for our clients.

Outside Of Work

  • Family First: Spending quality time with my family is what matters most to me.

  • Endurance Athlete: I’ve completed several Ironman events and London Marathons, and enjoy pushing myself beyond my comfort zone.

  • Giving Back: I founded The Wishing Well Project and have raised thousands of pounds for charity through sporting challenges.

  • Fun Life: When I’m not working or training, you’ll usually find me playing my acoustic guitar and exploring with my family in our VW California Ocean campervan.

Frankie Pell

Chief Morale Officer (Top Dog)

I joined the Jones & Co team to ensure that office morale stays at an all-time high. While the rest of the team focuses on financial planning and technical research, I specialize in “paws-itive” reinforcement and professional napping. I take my role very seriously, which usually involves greeting visitors with a wagging tail, keeping a close eye on the lunchroom, and making sure everyone takes a well-deserved break for a pat or a head scratch. I believe that a calm office is a happy office, and I’m dedicated to providing a stress-free environment for my human colleagues and our clients.

Outside Of Work

  • Professional Explorer: I love heading out for long walks, especially when I get to explore new trails with my mum and the family.

  • Treat Specialist: I have an unmatched ability to hear a snack packet opening from three rooms away.

  • Nap Enthusiast: When I’m not on duty, you can find me curled up in my favorite sunny spot for a recharge.

  • The Social Butterfly: I’ve never met a person I didn’t want to be friends with, and I’m always ready for my next belly rub.

Danielle Pell

Office Manager

I’m often described as the person who keeps everything moving at Jones & Co. With over 20 years of experience in banking and finance, I’ve seen it all, and I use that knowledge to make sure the business runs smoothly every single day. My real passion is people; I’m here to make sure that every client’s journey with us is seamless and stress-free. Whether I’m supporting our team or solving behind-the-scenes challenges, my goal is to make sure that the details are taken care of so our planners can focus entirely on you.

Outside Of Work

  • Family Life: I’m married to Chris, and we have two sons who keep me very busy and always on my toes.

  • Sun Seeker: When it’s time to switch off, I love traveling to warmer climates to recharge.

  • Frankie the Dog: I’m at my most relaxed when I’m spending time with my dog, Frankie.

  • The Problem Solver: Whether at home or in the office, I’m at my best when I’m helping people and making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Olivia Dunhill

Marketing & Creative Manager

I’ve spent a decade working in marketing, helping businesses build their reputation, connect with the right people, and grow. Starting my career as an apprentice, I worked my way through executive roles into management, gaining experience across industries including professional services, hospitality, and entertainment. At Jones & Co, I lead the firm’s marketing and creative activity, covering everything from brand development and digital marketing to client communications and content strategy. I enjoy combining creativity with commercial thinking to support the firm’s growth and enhance the experience we provide to our clients.

Outside Of Work

  • Adventure on Two Wheels: I love the thrill of motorbike riding and exploring the world from a different perspective.

  • The Great Outdoors: Whether I’m at the gym or hiking a new trail, staying active is a huge part of my life.

  • Never-Ending Bucket List: I have a passion for travel and I’m always looking to tick a new destination or experience off my list.

Suzanne Jeakins

Lifestyle Financial Planner

I’ve spent over 25 years helping people figure out how to use their money to live the life they actually want. I’m a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, but I prefer to leave the complicated industry talk at the door. I’m known for being a straight-talker who makes the “scary” parts of finance easy to understand. I believe that a great plan starts with a good cup of coffee and a lot of listening; by focusing on what truly matters to you, we can build a relationship based on trust and clear, simple advice that gives you total peace of mind.

Outside Of Work

  • On Two Wheels: I am a keen cyclist and regularly challenge myself by taking part in various sporting events.

  • Sun Seeker: I love escaping to warmer destinations to recharge and discover new places.

  • Family Life: Away from the office, I stay busy keeping up with my two daughters, Rebecca and Isabelle.

Joshua Walker

I’ve spent over ten years helping people make sense of their money, moving from large-scale banking into independent advice so I can focus entirely on what’s right for my clients. My background covers everything from helping people buy their first homes to making sure they are well-prepared for retirement. I truly enjoy the “puzzle” of financial planning—taking all the different pieces of your financial life and organizing them into a clear, simple plan. For me, the most rewarding part of my job is seeing the relief and confidence my clients feel when they realize their future is secure.

  • The Great Outdoors: I’m at my happiest when I’m outside exploring new landscapes and getting some fresh air.

Tim Freedlander

My approach to financial planning is a little different, rooted in a background of neuroscience and my time serving in the Royal Air Force. I’ve always been fascinated by how we make decisions and how to find clarity in complex situations. At Jones & Co, I specialise in creating visual “financial roadmaps.” I take all the “what-ifs” of your future and turn them into a clear picture, showing you exactly how your money can support the life you want to lead. I don’t believe in asking for blind trust; I believe in working together so you can see the logic behind the plan and feel completely confident in your next steps.

  • Martial Arts: I’m an accomplished instructor, enjoying the discipline and focus that martial arts requires.

Matthew Whittam

I’m a Chartered Financial Adviser with over 20 years’ experience in financial services. At Jones & Co, I enjoy helping people plan for retirement, create sustainable income strategies and make the most of their money. With experience across investments, pensions, protection and wealth planning, I focus on making financial decisions easier to understand, helping clients feel confident about their future. For me, good financial planning starts with understanding what matters most to each person and building a clear plan to help them achieve their goals.

Outside Of Work

  • The Great Outdoors: I love exploring the countryside with my wife, Leanne, and our dog, Rocco, particularly in the Peak District, Lake District and North Wales.

  • Travel: We enjoy travelling, especially spending summer in the Greek islands.

  • Family & Friends: We love catching up with family and friends over meals, BBQs and a few drinks.

  • Keeping Active: I enjoy getting to the gym before work to start the day with a workout.

As a Paraplanner at Jones & Co, I’m the one doing the “behind the scenes” homework to make sure your financial plans are rock-solid. I work closely with our advisers to look at the fine details and build custom strategies that help you get to where you want to be in life. I’ve always had a sharp eye for detail, and I take a lot of pride in making sure everything is handled with care and precision. My goal is to handle the complex data and heavy lifting so that you can feel confident and secure in the path we’ve mapped out for you.

  • Passport at the Ready: I’m an avid traveler who thrives on discovering new destinations and exploring different cultures.

Anya Mather

I’ve always been fascinated by the world of finance, starting with my degree in Banking and Finance and growing into a career dedicated to helping people secure their homes. I truly understand the home-buying process from start to finish—not just the mortgage side, but the estate agency side too. This means I can guide you through every twist and turn with total confidence. My goal is to take the stress out of the “big move” by providing clear, honest advice that protects both your home and your family’s future, ensuring you feel supported at every stage of the journey.

  • Animal Lover: I share my home with a bit of a private zoo, including chickens, cats, a dog, and a pond full of fish.

Laura brings over a decade of experience in financial services to the Jones & Co Client Services Team. She prides herself on delivering an exceptional experience for every client.

As a first point of contact, Laura is highly skilled at managing client queries and supporting the wider team. Her calm, knowledgeable approach ensures clients feel supported and well looked after at every stage.

Outside Of Work

 Laura enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband Rob have two sons, and she also enjoys keeping active and walking their dogs, Hobbs and Woody.

Tracey Townsend

Client Services

Tracey brings over 25 years of experience across the legal and financial sectors. Originally from Cape Town, she spent many years working as a personal assistant in the legal industry before moving into financial services in the UK.

Known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach, Tracey plays a key role in supporting clients throughout their financial journey. She continues to build her expertise as an administrator and trainee paraplanner at Jones & Co.

Outside Of Work

Tracey enjoys restoring her 1930s Art Deco home with her husband, Scotty. She also loves spending time with their Miniature Schnauzers, Bentley and Louis, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Andrew Pearson

Andrew has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Client Services Team. He is dedicated to helping clients understand their finances and delivering a high standard of service.

With a clear, approachable style, Andrew supports clients with confidence and care. His commitment to helping others makes him a valued member of the Jones & Co team.

Outside Of Work

Andrew is a devoted family man and football coach. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and coaches his daughter’s football team, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship.
