As much as we enjoy meeting you in person, we understand that sometimes that’s just not possible. That’s why we offer the option of providing our clients with independent financial advice remotely whenever the need arises. We call this ‘remote advice’.

Delivering remote advice is extremely straightforward thanks to our ongoing investment in the best telephone and IT systems. These systems allow us to continue working effectively on your behalf, even when we can’t meet with you directly or in the most extreme of situations. And all you need is a smart phone, a computer, a laptop or tablet.

Thanks to video conferencing and calling technologies, we are always able to meet you virtually via our preferred secure platform, Google Meet, to provide bespoke independent financial advice remotely. Traditional means of communication – telephone and email – work really well too!

We are also able to offer remote independent financial advice with a more personal experience than a phone call or email using the following methods if you prefer:

• WhatsApp video
• Zoom

Our highly flexible and adaptable working practices ensure we are continually able to provide the very best service we can, exactly as if we were meeting with you in person.
