Client Services
Emma forms part of our Client Services Team and adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Jones & Co team. She plays a leading role in organising and supporting the firm’s Financial Planners whilst also assisting the Office Manager with the day to day running of the business.
Emma is the first point of contact for many of our clients and can expertly deal with any questions and queries that our clients have.
As well as her client-facing role, Emma is passionate about developing her career in Financial Services and is working towards an industry recognised qualification in Paraplanning. This is the next step on the career ladder for Emma and we’re very proud to support her professional progression.
Outside of work Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and loves to travel, ticking a new place off the bucket list each year. She also has an eclectic taste in music and at a weekend you can often find her watching a live band.
